How do I create a 2nd DNS server in AD 2003?

Hi I have just installed a second DNS sever in my AD 2003 Domain for fault tolerance, but what do I do next as no zones are created? Do I create the same zone as the main one or can I somehow get the server to replicate all this across to the new one?

If you set up the DNS on your primary controller and add a second name server i.e your backup and ask it to notify your backup when your backup joins the domain it will automatically pick this info up
