I am trying to create a report that breaks down the total number of records by status and by date range. I was able to use the Count function to get the total number by Status, but I am having trouble breaking out the number by the various date ranges (Aged 0 to 30 days, 61 to 60 Days, etc.). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It would help to know your report structure--what your groups are, etc. If you want a report level total by aging category, then create formulas like the following:

//{@aged0to30}:
if {table.date} in Aged0to30Days then 1

//{@aged31to60}:
if {table.date} in Aged31to60Days then 1

etc.

Then right click on each formula and insert a summary (SUM, not count) at the group level if you wish, and at the grand total level.

Thank You! This is exactly what I needed!
