Please help I am really new to crystal so I'm struggling.

I have a report which contains the following:

client names
type of actions performed
Date actioned performed
Incoming (Displays true for internal and false for external)

I want a drill down report which will show the following

Layer 1 Client Name Total Internal Total External
Layer 2 Month Actioned
Layer 3 Actioned Type split by internal and external.

I have set up my four groups and created my report. My groups are Client Name, Actioned Date, Actioned Type, Incoming.

How can I have 2 summary fields next to my client name which states a total for both internal and a seperate total for external actions.

If I wa using excel I would use a countiff function.

Is this possible in Crystal.

Create a simple formula field like this:

If <<insert condition here>> then 1 else 0.

Sum this field.
