How do I copy sets for 616 DR2?

I have a manual for DR1 but I have a Nortel 616 DR2 and the instructions in the manual seem different when I try to copy sets. Can anyone help? Specifically, I'm trying to program the phones to automatically pick up line 1.

I don't recall a copy mode on that release of software. If you make the line ring on that ext. then it should answer that line when you pick up the handset.
