I have several PCs to configure and would like to only create the base user profile one time. I know how to copy the base profile to another on the same PC, how do I copy it to another PC? I looked into roaming profiles.. but that option is "grayed" out for me.

Thanks, Duane

Do you have a DNS Server, or are you just running AD? Im guessing if you can't use roaming profiles, you haven't got DNS configured. Best bet would just be to configure Roaming profiles.

there is also a windows utility called 'moveuser', not sure where you get it though

There is also a thing called "Files and Settings Transfer Wizard" in XP. Go to Start button > Help and Support > search for files and settings...you'll find it.
