I have a 9620 that was converted to SIP (not by me,) and the customer would like to use it as a regular extension now. How do I convert it back to H.323?

There is no Call Server item in the address menu, and displays No Call Server during boot. Every time the phone boots up, it is in SIP mode, I have cleared, reset, and changed it to H.323 (in SIG,) and it only wipes out the SIP server settings, but everything else (Addr., SIG Mode, Group) all remain...

It doesn't look like it is trying to check for updates/settings files from HTTP server during boot.

Any help greatly appreciated!

I have had the same issue and i never got it back to H.323
If it is possible then it is not going to be the normal way.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Does it load the settings and upgrade text file?

A simple mind delivers great solutions
