How do I connect to a Web Server LDAP from a Client machine?
I am using Delphi 7 and using the indy components.
I am currently using the indy componets TidHTTP and
TidSSLIOHandlerSocket to post to a web page from a client
machine(Windows 2000). This part works fine.
They are talking about trying to set up an LDAP on the server and are
telling me that I will need to aunthenticate with it before I am able
to make my post. I have never worked with LDAP before, how do I
login. Do I need keep track of the fact that I am logged in to do the
post, How/where do I do this. Not sure if it matters but the LDAP is
oracle's Oracle Internet Directory "OID".
Any help or information would be gratefully appreciated.
