I'm supposed to set up our conference room to do a hands-on training session for 6 people. They will all need access to the network but there's only one network jack in the room. Is there a way to share that connection between all the computers? I don't even know the right terminology to use to search for the type of device I need.
Thanks!

hub, or switch.

Give the wrong symptoms, get the wrong solutions.

From what I read it sounds like a switch can direct network traffic more efficiently, so that would probably be the better option. Thanks for your help
