I'm trying to setup a wireless network on a Compaq running WinXP. Using a BEFW11S4 wireless-B router along with a WVC11B Wirless Video Cam.
I'm not worried about connecting to the internet via the router or networking any other PC's, as I only have dial-up available. All I want to do is establish a wireless connection between the router and the camera. I've hooked the router up to the ethernet card on the PC and I can bring up the settings page (192.168.1.1). When I run the setup for the camera is says it cannot detect any wireless cameras. I've got the camera in the same room as the router when I attempt to set it up, so it should not have anything to do with the distance. For some reason the wireless piece doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciates.
Thanks,
Swen
