How do I connect 2xwin98 Pc's together using Dialup ?

I am trying to connect two windows 98 computer together using dial up networking.

Both PC have modems.

I can get a NT workstation to connect to a win 98 pc but not two 98 pc's

Set One Machine As A Dial Up Server And Make Sure You Have Netbios Bound To Dial Up Networking.
