Hi, I have an Ultra Enterprise 3000 witha fresh install of Sol 10 and I need help configuring the network. The first thing I want to do is connect it to the internet via a router that has several systems (Win and Mac) on it. I'm new to Solaris and need help. Then I would like to use it as a file and web server.

Thanks

Ed

I am also having the following error messages when I boot.

Warning: System 3.3 volt precharge failing.
Warning: System 5.0 volt precharge failing.

Does this mean I'm losing a mainboard?

Thanks

Perhaps the easiest way to configure your network on a frech install is to re-run /usr/sbin/sys-unconfig which will prompt you for the hostname, language, choice, network configuration, etc. as it would have done during an interactive installation.
