It has an installer that does the configuring for you as far as I remember.

Unknown has caused an Unknown Error on Unknown and must be shutdown to prevent damage to Unknown.
Well I've never actually used it either, just saying it has the option.
Its been a long time since I've configured PHP for IIS. I mostly stick with Apache.
The few times i did have to configure it I've done it manually never through the installer, but the option is there.
