How do I configure ASP+?

I've recently been trying to look into asp+. All I have at this point is a book from Wrox press called "A Preview of Active Server Pages +". I've installed IE 5.5 on my web server and can load a page with the .aspx extension. However, I can't get it to completely work. Does anybody have any insight for how to install and make these pages work?
