Those "on board y" alarms will only clear when the hardware issues are resolved
Basic tier 1 troubleshooting methods can be used.
G650 cabinets with 655 power supplies in slot 00 and slot 15 are redundant (active/standby)
They can be changed hot without affecting service in the cabinet.
Moving them between cabinets and swapping them with other 655 that are not alarmed can
tell you a lot.
almclear -a does not clear active hardware alarms.
