How do I change users - log out then log in?

I just installed Sharepoint, I'm new. I was learning about setting up users. I gave the anonymous user nearly full access.

I ran the two Microsoft updates, and now find myself logged in as anonymous.

I can't figure out how to get anonymous logged out. And then get logged back in as Administrator.

Any Help!...
