How do I change the Welcome message

After I sign on, I get the following message:

Welcome to AIX Version5.2 !

Please see the README file in /usr/lpp/bos for information pertinent to
this release of the AIX Operating System.


Can I change this text? And If so where is the file?

It's the contents of the editable file /etc/motd

motd = message of the day.
