How do I change the time on the voicemail for a NEC ProII??

My customer has an NEC ProII with a voicemail card. I am not all that familiar with NEC so I am not sure what the technical name is for the internal voicemail system. The time on the phones are correct but the time on the Voicemail envelope info is more than 2 hours off. How do I fix that??

It needs to be done from the system administrator menu in the voicemail. Go to manager, then schedule.
