how do i change the password to a voice service ID

I'm fairly new at using the pbx system. Someone here changed to password to one of the voice service id's and now they are complaining that they can't get into it. how do i reset the password to a voice service ID. I dial the acd 7005 and it says Prompt Maintainence and asks for voice service Id, input the id and then it asks for password. input the password and it says that it's incorrect and contact you administrator. Which sucks because it me. Please help me out.

Once you find it off the main menu, there should be a softkey, or prompt for you to chg the pwd & reset it on the mermail TTY

You'll need to change it from the Mer Mail termainal.
