Hi, How can I change the notification message sent to users when messages are queued in the IMS?
Also, how can I as Mail Administrator get a 'heads up' when when there is a problem with the IMS before users getting wind of it? At present the NDRs and queued message emails are sent FROM the Mail Administrator to the User and I am not aware there is an issue until a users calls me to tell me.
What's the best way around this?
