How do I change the file name of a Voicemail

With VM Pro, I have a few customers who have the voicemail file emailed to their desktop.
The file name is long and has no meaning.
Is their a way to change that?

you could roll back to an older release 4.1 I think has still the old numbering with just a short msg.0023.wav or something ike that.
with the new releases it uses those long names.

hmmm... are you talking about the name of the attached wave during the voicemail to email function? I would think that typically you would save the attachment and rename it to what ever is appropriate.
