How do I change print margins dynamically from html?

I have anb Access database. Each report has its print margins set and memorized. We have now had someone create web pages from our report and, when they are printed, the reports have the ID (or perhaps Windows) default margins. Is there any way that the web page could be coded using html or VBA to set tha margins when the report is printed?
