How do I change Outlook 97's print layout

I created a Form in Outlook 97 and when I recieve the Information it all looks fine and in an exceptable order. When I print it, it prints the data, one line under the other in a different order, is there a way to change the print layout to match the form?

Generally, if you're only printing data, it's printing it in a format that can easily be imported into a database such as Excel or Access or other. I doubt that you can get it to print as it is layed out in the form if you're choosing the print data only option.
