How do I change name on a KXTA-624??

Hello, I have a cust with a pany KX-TA624. They have 4 ext. with the wrong names listed. How do I change the name listed on the dsply?

from main ext
enter program system prog mode (onhook press prog dial *#1234)
enter 604( display = extention name set)
press spk phone(display jack no:
enter jack no: = last 2 digits of ext no:ie 101=01 or 26=06
the display will show the name assigned.
type new name (as with cell phone )ie 3=e use the autoans/mute button to change the letter .once you have the letter you require press the next no:
when you have the name completed press autodial/store

contact your distributer there is a non certified
area on the panasonic website and the docs are there
in pdf!

if it dident work then you may not be at the main programing phone
try the same again
the code is right
when you tried ie press program or flice switch on back of the phone or press the pause button which ever applys then type *#1234
does the display say sys prog no:
if so go to step 2
if not then its not the programming phone
step 2
typy 604
does the display say ext name set
if so press sp phone button
if not press the fwd/dnd button until you see ext name set then step 3 and so on
if still not working tell us where it is breaking down
it mayby the wrong password
