How do I change default Email client

I was wondering how I can change my default MAPI client from Lotus CCMail to Outlook? I am trying to do a SendObject function on my Access Database on a system that had CCMail on it in the past but has been uninstalled but when I try this function it still brings up the CCMail login window. How do I get it to look at MS Outlook instead?

I am having a similar problem.

I am trying to do a SendObject function on my Access Database on a system that has Outlook 2000 (installed with Office) but when I try this function it brings up the email in Outlook. How do I get it to look at Groupwise instead?
