How do I change AST

I need to change the AST setting, but I cant get the change to take place. Any suggestions???

mikey..looks like he has a dn? aquired by the wronge ast but i may be reading it wronge.. you've been getting some ggod ones lately.. not one of the 27 mikes that i work with i guess...

Print out the TN and post it. It should be a piece of cake to change, although if it's an ACD set, I would out the set and then rebuild it. "See October 2002 Release from Nortel concerning making changes to ACD sets"
