How do I change an AGENT acd phone to a Supervisor Phone in the CS1000 program load 11?

I don't know what to do to program her TN to become a acd sup key? I did a key change but it won't accept SPV

Current

I need to program it to show

Great thanks! I forgot and kept trying to add it to the Key!

Why doesn't the COS show SPV in it when I print the TN?

Another quick question since I'm here:

How do I program the 2nd button to show who's calling when I'm already on Line 1. I know I can do it but I forget? Any help with this?

I guess Nortel figured it shows at the key, so they didn't need to show it in the class. agn doesn't appear in the cos either.
