How do i change a .swf to a .gif using 3d flash animator?

I tried exporting but that didnt work, i made an avatar that switched between 3 diffrent pictures, and the site i want to post it on wont take .swf files and most ppl i know cant even look at them, and i was wondering how to convert it to a .gif that actually switches between the images, ive tried dl this radtools bink converter but i have no clue how to use it. can anyone help plz?

afaik only generator can do that ...
or use the original .fla and export to gif in flash
beside that, make screenshots and stitch them together

well, i could stitch them together but the limit on the size is 80x80 pixels so having 3 pictures stiched together and making it 80x80 pixels it would be to small to see, but what is this generator your talking about, if you can plz tell me where to get it it would be much appreciated.

generator is a server product from macromedia you have to buy and run on the server ...
what does that have to do with the image size ?
anim gifs are behind each other ...

yes but if you stich them together doesnt that put them side by side? oh well, im not about to go buy somthing though so i guess it doesnt matter.

well, generator server costs like $2k afaik and you wont be able to install it on some cheap virtual server

do you have a graphic tool like adobe imageready, fireworks or paintshop ?
an animated gif is like a film, multiple images with a defined time between them
