Is it possible to change a time to a decimal? If so, how would you go about it?

Actuall, date data type IS a 'Decimal' type. It is (in general) the same as a double. It is only the desigantion of date (type) which generates the weird display (e.g. Now returns "12/12/2001 5:39PM"

Just try ? CDbl(Now) to get the generic "decimal".
