Just an FYI...Nortel says never ever change speed call list always out and rebuild. You can cause corruption.

Hi
never heard that myself, but it may well be true,,,,
i have changed many speed call lists and as yet never had a problem, but there is always a first time....your choice.

I don't know, this is what the instructor said at the Nortel Training. Just passing it on. Much like the changing of ACD phone, they say that can also cause corruption.

I heard what you say, i know meridian mail can corrupt by just changing the name,,, has anybody else had a problem changing speed lists ???

rebuilding can be a pain if your list is very large... Colin
