How do I cancel a report?

I have a report that is creating mailing labels and I want to give the user the option of cancelling if certain information is missing (Like Town/City name in the address).

I can't seem to get it to cancel the report in preview (haven't tried the print part yet).

I can get the name of the report without a problem and I can QUIT access altogether but I can't find out how to cancel just the report.

Any ideas?

Well...check the recordset returned by the query that feeds the report before opening it and...don't open it.
Or do the same in the Open event of the report and set Cancel to True.
