How do I block Verint from recordin

How do I block Verint from recording Credit Card information from the Customer. I know there's a setting to block it somewhere.

Must be in the verint screen recording stuff when the agent clicks a field it stops recording audio and screen until the field is exited.

I believe that is a special feature that you have to get from Verint. I dont remember what it called. But it will burr out some fields.
