I have a customer complaining that a person in 901-365-XXXX keeps calling and hanging up. Is there any way to block a caller of a specific number from coming in over PRI in an Option 81C RLS 25.40 to a DID number?
symposium will route on inbound clid, the switch itself does not have that option.. if the caller stays on the line a transfer to 911 usually stops the call
