How do I block entire countries: badmailfrom?

Probably as ".jp"
As a spam control this wouldn't be very effective unless the sender is being honest about themselves - not likely.

It's a waste of time, since headers can be easily forged by the sender.
What I did to block entire Asian countries was to curtain them off at the firewall level. That prevents incoming traffic to port 25 from even connecting.
