How do I block an email address?

We keep getting tons of viruses from this one email address. Is there anyway to block certain email addresses from sending mail to our server? Win2k SP3 Ex2k SP3.
I know it's probably something simple but I can't find it, and searches come up with noting.

Go to

This will step you through the complete incoming
mail filtering cycle . You must go one step further
past the message delivery filter and enable the filtering.
You can enable the archiving of the blocked mail to see
that the mails were definitely blocked .

thank you very much! i did enter the email addresses in the filtering but it wasn't working. i knew i must have missed a step.
