I have a table and form that conatins information on constructions projects (ex. project name, date started, workers, date completed). I am looking to set up two reports, one called "finished work" and another called "unfinished work." So, bascically if the "date completed field is filled in on the form the project will be shown on the "finished work report" and if the date completed is a null value on the form it will show up on the unfinished work report. Can anyone help?

One way would be to base two queries on the table -- one for the finished work and one for the unfinished work setting the criteria for the field "is not null" and the other being "is null". Make sure that you pull down all of the fields on the table. ::) Deb Koplen

I am doing a report on a table that contains information about some athletes. These athletes have particiapted in my sports for several years. How do I make a report for one particular year? Such as I want a report of all the athletes that particpated in 2001.

Please help.

Base your data on a query with the correct things selected. Then base your form on the query rather than the table. ::) Deb Koplen
