How do i backup Speech Profiles

Does anyone have any experience with this? I would like to back a speech profile and move it to another computer.

Eventually we would like to have this information roam with the users as they move from tablet to tablet in a domain. I assume that most of the files are stored in app data and can just be redierected to a server. However, i have a profile on a local machine i need to get off first.
