How do I Backup outlook?

Hi All,

I downloaded and Installed Outlook Backup Program (pfbackup)from Microsoft site. I cpould use it to backup my outlook as a member of Administrators.

After installing it on users machine using administrators priviledge, I found out that users could not find the backup menu that will enable them to backup their outlook when they log on with thier profile.

How can users use this backup menu.

I suggest that you copy the icon/program group from the the administrator's start menu to the all users start menu.

Is the email stored in Exchange? If so, what's the need to have users do their own backups.
