How do I backup open pst files? 1

Hi,

I'm wondering how I backup open pst files. When I try to backup open pst files I get the following error:

failure reading file: C:\abc.pst (WIN32 33: The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file. )

What options do I need and what additional things do I need to configure?

I do have the exchange option installed but it still doesn't work.
