How do I backup nsf files on a domino 4.5.2 server

Hi, I really have two question.

How do I backup up nsf files on a domino server?

Can this be automated?

if you don't have software that's domino compatibable (like arcserve's backup agent for lotus notes) than you'll have to shutdown the notesserver before backing up the files

Basically you can use any software to back up custom databases as long as it can backup open files like ADSM or Arcserve.
