How do I Back up the NICE_CLS

are you looking to back up the sql databases or the entire server?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

there's a nice backup option off your start menu. This will backup program files and registry only. Additionally there is a job already running within SQL that will try to backup the database to a tape drive but if you're not using NICE supplied hardware then you probably don't have a tape drive which means that this job will be failing.
