How do i allow OUTBOND UDP connections

Hi,
im new to using Csico firewalls and having some problems configure our PIX 525 to allow outbond UDP connection on the port range of 5060- 65534. please help me understand how this is done:)

Outbound connections (TCP and UDP) are allowed to pass through the PIX by default so you don't have to configure anything unless you have an access list applied to the inside interface.
