How do I add VBA to my own applications?

I know that it's possible to add VBA—complete with the code editor and everything—to a non-Microsoft application. Does anyone have a handle on how this might be done?

Now that I think about it, this probably isn't a VBA question, is it?

Hey, if you get an answer to this in another forum, how about posting a link to that thread here, so I can read it. That is an interesting thought: I just figured it was NOT possible.
