If you have a Notes Designer installed, no problem. The only issue is that your mail template will no longer be entirely standard.
In any case, with the Designer all you need to do is right-click on your mail db icon, choose "Open in Designer" and let the Designer display the design contents.
Once there, choose Folders and go to the bottom where you will find an entry named ($Inbox). Open that entry. You will normally get an alert message stating that changes to the view will make it different from the master copy. Just OK the messagebox and you will get to the view elements.
Once there, you should see a Date column. Double-click and take the date properties of the dialog box (third tab from the right). Just click on the Display Time option and modify the width of the column and you're done.
Either that or you can add a new Time column. Remember to put the same formula as the Date column (copy/paste the column - its easier), and do the same as above but uncheck the Display Date option.
Before doing all this, it would be a good thing to check it out with your Administrator. It may be against company policy to modify the mail template or have individual users with different mail types.
