How do I add the "stutter" dial tone to an analog line

How do I add the "stutter" dial tone to an analog line. 99.9% of our phones are m2616s. There is only one analong phone that has a VM box associated with it... it was setup before my time. What changes do I need to make to have the stutter dial tone kick on to alert them that they have new voice mails?.
