How do I add extension for ITP-5100?

I have a user with an ITP-5100. When I check the programming he has an ID assigned. It is the the one that I want to use for his extension. But that extension doesn't exist in the 7200s. He can make calls, but no extension shows up. I can't figure out how to add his extension because as an IP phone it doesn't show up with a port number. Any help would be appreciated.
