How do I add an icon to the menu editor?

I would like to add an icon to each of my menu items created in the menu editor.

I am creating an ActiveX control, and I need to implement menus with an icon in it.

how to create menu is not a problem of ActiveX. It is at least a problem of WinAPI. Does not mean if you're using it in an ActiveX or in something else.
