How do I add a new font?

I am fairly new to Pagemaker and I am not very familiar with the program. I need to add a font, I believe it is in the font folder but it isn't showing up in the program. Could someone take me thru how to do this, in simple terms if possible.

A quick answer is to install the font using either Adobe Type Manager Deluxe or the Windows Font installer found in the windows Control Panel.
