I've scanned my handwitten signature and want to use it as my "signature" in Groupwise 5.5. However, under Options > Signature, I can only find a place to type in my info.

How do I use my scanned signature instead of the text?

Thanks a bunch in advance!

Hi kbeilers,

In 5.5 I do not think its possible, unless you have either the Novell 5.5 Enhancement Pack - (which allows HTML email to be created) or a 3rd party software add-on/snap-in.

If you do have the EP, simply insert your signature image as a gif or jpeg. Then, you can remove your name from your normal signature, and leave your other info (address, phone, etc..) That gives it the professional look/feel. * However if your signature is only legible to doctors and pharmacists you may want to leave your name, too.

:)

Good Luck.

I contacted about their Egotit product and found they are very helpful and able to include many useful itme into emails.
I suggest you have a look at their product it might just solve the graphic signature problem for you.
