I am a novice on the BCM and had BellSouth to install 2 new lines. The tech that was here didn't know the "computer" side of the installation and left us, for now, without assigning the DID to the line. I'm now getting an "access denied admin" when trying to call outside.

Thanks

I'd call a vendor to get it installed
You probably need hardware as well (if you have got additional lines)

Could you be more specific? I think you're talking about assigning lines or pools to the telephones so the access won't be denied. But about DID's, why not do it with Target Lines?...just take the last four digits received on the desired trunk and then assign this trunk to the DN Station that will receive the calls on that trunk.

I'll try to be more specific. I have DID's available, what happened was our vendor didn't set them up. I need to know what steps to take to get the sets the ability to dial out and to assign the DID.

thanks
