Hi,
We've recently began using Exchange 2003 as a part of windows server 2003, small business server. Not having much experience, I could use a hand.

Now that all users are connected via exchange how can I essentially take everyones address book and consolidate them into a global address list so that everyone has access to virtually all of the same contacts?

You can't do it easily. The best way to do it is to move all of the contacts to a Public Folder. Have someone go through and clean things up (since each person will have had a different way of organizing them), then add the Public Folder as an Outlook Address Book (and optionally setting it as the default AB). Someone here requested the other day for an automated way of adding a Public Folder as an address book, but I don't think any of the vbs guys here have come up with a way yet.
